Sara Garza

Sara’s foundation in luxury real estate was built over years of working directly alongside Liz Richards and Deviree Vallejo, two of Colorado’s most accomplished brokers. Together, Liz and Deviree have produced over a billion dollars in career sales and have remained among Colorado’s top producing brokers year after year. From 2011 through 2017, Sara worked closely with them at Kentwood City, developing the market knowledge, negotiation skills, and client service standards that define her work today.

From 2017 through 2021, Sara served as a broker associate at Slifer Smith & Frampton, the brokerage arm of East West Partners — the acclaimed Denver developer behind Riverfront Park, Landmark, and other premier residential developments across the metro Denver area. During that tenure, Sara achieved a notable milestone: she sold more pre-sale units at The Coloradan than any other buyer’s agent during the building’s 2019 launch phase. The Coloradan, a LEED-certified residential tower at 1750 Wewatta Street in Denver’s Union Station neighborhood, was among the most anticipated new construction projects in the city. She also represented the seller in the subsequent resale of a 1 bedroom penthouse unit at The Coloradan for $1.9 million.

Sara joined LIV Sotheby’s International Realty in 2025 and is affiliated with the Denver Tech Center office — the top performing LIV Sotheby’s branch in Colorado by sales volume. The DTC office maintains a culture of rigorous professional development, with weekly training sessions focused on luxury market strategy, negotiation, and client service. Sara brings that standard to every transaction she takes on.
